Step 1: Let's Learn

Read it, or press Listen and follow the words.

Counting does not stop at 100. After 100 comes 101.

The same endings again

101, 102, 103. The endings 1 to 9 repeat, just as they always have.

Start anywhere

You do not have to start at 1. You can start at 96 and keep going.

A third column opens

After 99 the ones and tens are both full, so a hundreds place is needed. 100 is one hundred, no tens, no ones.

The pattern carries on unchanged

101, 102, 103 count the ones again, exactly as 1, 2, 3 did. Nothing about the rhythm changes.

Step 2: Try It Yourself

Tap any number, then count on from there.

Find 100. Then tap "One more" and read what comes next.
Numbers 1 to 120, ten in each row. 98 is chosen.

Step 3: Watch an Example

One step at a time.

Watch Leo Cross 100

Leo counts on from 98.

  1. Step 1

He says 99, then 100. That row is full.

Step 4: Your Turn

Practice makes it stick.
